Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics network planning, transportation planning, or supply chain optimization.
  • Strong understanding of route planning, warehouse operations, and logistics network structures.
  • Experience with cost modeling, operational analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and apply analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing logistics environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead warehouse network layout planning and continuous optimization initiatives.
  • Design and optimize routing waves and operational flow strategies.
  • Develop and improve zone optimization strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Build and maintain network cost models to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with algorithm, operations, and technology teams to improve routing and planning systems.
  • Coordinate cross-functional network operations during peak seasons and high-volume periods.
  • Drive transit time and service level optimization across the logistics network.
  • Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
  • Support expansion planning, capacity planning, and network scalability initiatives.
  • Monitor network performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
