Responsibilities
  • Research and recommend new marketing technology products
  • Operate & administer tools from our marketing technology products
  • Train, support and enable the marketing team on our current stack
  • Integrate marketing technology products with each other
  • Monitor data quality within marketing technology products
  • Perform technical reviews of marketing technology products
  • Identify and sundown outdated or unused marketing technology products
  • Ensuring our current technologies and implementations are scalable
  • Partner with other members of the marketing team to achieve BILL’s marketing objectives and initiatives
  • Be a strategic partner to the business and technology teams, including Growth, Customer, Brand & Creative, and Systems teams to drive marketing innovation
  • Ensure our data architecture and marketing tools are customer-centric and driving our business forward
  • Identify and proactively manage areas of risk and opportunities for improvement
  • Represent BILL and our values with marketing technology vendors
  • Support all applications in the marketing portfolio
  • Foster a culture of innovation with the other members of the Marketing Technology team
