Beroe and Kearney launch MAX, AI decision engine connecting procurement data to execution

Beroe and Kearney have launched MAX, an AI-native decision engine for procurement, at DPW NYC. The platform connects intelligence and execution systems, continuously surfacing margin opportunities whilst optimising risk and ESG compliance. MAX addresses procurement's expanding mandate by providing real-time recommendations when market conditions shift, such as tariff changes or commodity price spikes. Built on a neurosymbolic framework, it combines Beroe's 30 million live market signals with Kearney's proprietary methodology and applies them against a company's own spend data. The product was developed with a Strategic Advisory Council of 13 global procurement organisations. It enables category managers to monitor every supplier and category continuously, rather than focusing selectively on the top 20% of spend. MAX will be available to select customers over the coming months.

Kearney partners with ServiceNow to deploy agentic AI for enterprise transformation

Kearney, a global management consulting firm, has partnered with ServiceNow to help organisations implement agentic AI at enterprise scale. The collaboration combines Kearney's strategic consulting expertise with ServiceNow's AI Platform to accelerate digital transformation and operational efficiency. The partnership focuses on three areas: operational excellence through faster exception handling, workflow optimisation with improved process velocity, and end-to-end impact via AI-enabled process orchestration. Kearney's approach, called BPR.ai, reimagines entire business processes rather than simply automating individual tasks. In a recent client engagement, the methodology helped transform an IT organisation into an AI-first operations model, achieving over 30% annual cost reduction whilst accelerating deployment of agentic AI across IT services. The offering targets sales, operations and service functions across organisations.
