  • Salesforce Admin experience required (certification preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders across multiple teams including Partnerships, Success, Engineering, and Legal Operations to gather information and project manage RFP processes, ensuring that our submissions meet all of a customer’s requirements.
  • Build Goalbook’s RFP content knowledge base and evaluate new software tools to refine the existing process.
  • Help oversee the Sales Operations queue, handling business team requests and recurring tasks, while looking for potential process and efficiency improvements.
  • Participate in implementation of business team process changes and support the development of sales ops documentation and user training programs.
  • Assist with Salesforce reports by evaluating data integrity, performing data management, and configuring reports and dashboards.
