  • Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and distribution of salaries, wages, and bonuses.
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll computations and adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Stay updated on federal, state, and local tax regulations to ensure payroll compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee information, hours worked, and tax withholdings.
  • Administer employee benefits programs related to payroll, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other deductions.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in payroll management.
