  • 1+ years of experience in IT Engineering with a focus on IAM and SaaS tools.
  • Experience implementing IAM solutions through an Identity Provider such as Okta, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, or Google Identity.
  • Experience managing productivity, collaboration, and design tools.
  • Experience building end-to-end continuous integration solutions using SCIM, REST APIs, and Webhooks.
  • Strong understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML, and Oauth 2.0.
  • Adept in leveraging a scripting language, including Python, PowerShell, or Go.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve user issues, and work autonomously to identify and solve problems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled data.
  • Willingness to work on-site at our Costa Mesa, CA, office.
Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage a diverse portfolio of SaaS tools, ensuring seamless integration into the company's technological ecosystem.
  • Build creative custom applications and automations contributing to the extensibility of tools across the company.
  • Lead governance initiatives to maintain system integrity in accordance with least privileged access.
  • Design, implement, and manage user lifecycle management processes and improvements.
  • Assess and enhance SaaS tool integrations to improve workflow efficiencies across various business units within the organization.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to develop and implement enterprise application security measures, including regular audits and updates to security protocols.
  • Be the point of contact for application ownership, delegating roles, permissions, and integration capabilities safely to empower and educate users.
