Behavior Technician

Hello from Kids First,

We’re expanding our team and looking for Behavior Technicians (BTs & RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy across Buffalo area.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
• Work with a BCBA to support skill development
• Track progress and create a safe, positive environment

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay $$$ based on experience, location, availability, and languages spoken.

Training & Growth

• Free 40-hour RBT training (online)
• Certification exam reimbursement
• Ongoing support + growth opportunities

Requirements

• Experience with children (preferred, not required)
• Willing to obtain RBT certification within 3 weeks
• Reliable, patient, and strong communication skills
