- Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and chief complaints.
- Assist physicians and providers with examinations and procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies.
- Perform clinical tasks such as injections, wound care, suture removal, and specimen handling as permitted by the role and training.
- Assist with biopsies, surgeries, and dermatologic procedures.
- Provide patient education and relay provider instructions.
- Process prescriptions, prior authorizations, and refill requests.
- Support scheduling, charting, and electronic medical records documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper stocking of examination rooms.
- Provide customer service to patients and team members.
- Medical Assistant certification.
- At least one year of medical office or clinical experience.
- Dermatology experience.
- Bilingual English and Spanish ability.
