- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Graduation from an approved two-year School of Radiology is required.
- A New York State X-Ray Technologist License is required.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification is required.
- The candidate must be flexible to float among NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Medical Group locations according to department needs.
- The candidate must be able to work on-site and live within a commutable distance to NYP.
- Prepare patients for radiologic examinations in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate stationary and mobile X-ray equipment.
- Process films according to established procedures.
