About the job
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Oracle Identity Governance (OIG)/Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and access governance.
- Experience with Active Directory (AD), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), and human resources management system (HRMS) integrations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Implement and support Oracle OIG/OIM solutions.
- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity lifecycle/joiner-mover-leaver processes.
- Configure RBAC, roles, entitlements, and approval workflows.
- Integrate OIG with Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Develop and customize connectors, adapters, workflows, forms, and rules.
- Troubleshoot provisioning, integration, and access-related issues.
- Prepare technical documentation and work with business and security teams.
- Knowledge of Java, SQL, XML, REST/SOAP, WebLogic, and Oracle Database.
