Parker & Sons is currently seeking PEAK Technicians (Start-up) & Warranty Service Technicians to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.

Warranty Service Technicians will perform warranty related service calls, specializing in HVAC installation and newer technology. Please have:

3 + years of experience
Pay $35-$50/hr including bonus and commissions
Excellent customer service skills
We offer a spiffs & incentives program

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

1+ years of experience in maintenance, performing quality checks, airflow analysis, duct evaluation and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
EPA Certification is a MUST
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuels
Attention to detail
Experience with Service Titan a plus!
Must be able to follow directions and work independently
Pass a background check & drug screen with a clean MVR
Be over 21 years of age

Blue Owl Capital and Oak Hill Advisors are leading a $1.3 billion refinancing for Wrench Group, replacing its existing bank debt. The financing includes a term loan, a delayed-draw loan, and a revolving credit facility. The term loan has an interest spread of 4.75 percentage points over the U.S. benchmark rate and was sold at 99 cents on the dollar. Crescent Capital Group is also involved. This reflects a trend of companies opting for private credit lenders over traditional bank financing.
