Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of assigned programs and provide direction and support to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge and ensure team members meet performance standards.
Monitor and analyze program performance data and implement corrective actions to achieve established goals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to foster a collaborative environment.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all programs.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on program performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Desired Qualifications
A solid understanding of healthcare processes and compliance regulations is highly preferred.
Experience with healthcare technology, medical devices, information technology modernization, or cybersecurity programs is desirable.
Experience supporting large, distributed programs with multiple stakeholders is desirable.
Prior experience in regulated healthcare or enterprise technology environments is desirable.

As the Program Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
