Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in an individual contributor design role.
  • 2+ years of experience in mobile design, with a deep understanding of mobile platforms and demonstrated innovation in mobile experiences.
  • Exceptional interaction and visual design skills, with the ability to craft compelling user experiences, particularly in AI technology and/or leading consumer products.
  • A portfolio showcasing significant contributions to shipping customer experiences that have made a measurable impact on business and customer metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups, including engineering, product management, and leadership, influencing design strategy and ensuring successful execution.
  • Expertise in Figma.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering partners to define, design, and ship AI-powered features.
  • Develop and execute a mobile strategy, collaborating across teams to deliver a seamless cross-platform experience.
  • Craft clear narratives that translate complex, technical subjects into compelling stories that executive leaders can support.
  • Serve as an experienced role model, setting a high craft bar for mobile and visual design.
  • Hone high-quality work through detailed critique.
  • Share your expertise and excellence by leading through example in your design work, mentoring other designers, and creating opportunities to share knowledge across the Design team.
  • Work proactively as a trusted partner with Engineers, Product Designers, Content Designers, Brand Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, Program Managers, and leaders at all levels.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience building products in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Success leading the thoughtful integration of generative design tools, LLMs, and computational design methodologies into creative workflows.
  • Prior experience with 0-1 product initiatives.
