Your Role:

As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. You’ll provide leadership, direction, and hands-on support to ensure our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the efficient shipping, distribution, and receipt of products, parts, and supplies
• Guiding and controlling warehouse personnel in proper storage and distribution activities
• Maintaining accurate records, replenishing stock, and planning for future requirements based on orders, production schedules, and forecasts
• Preparing and reviewing distribution documents
• Loading, unloading, moving, or storing items according to delivery or routing documents
• Communicating with drivers in transit or customers about the status of freight
• Training personnel in standard operating procedures

We’re looking for a candidate who has:

• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehousing or distribution environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Full competence and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) – including inputting and identifying locations, implementing WMS, training staff, daily monitoring of overrides, and managing system upgrades
• A willingness and ability to work a flexible and varying schedule
