Hydrafacial is a skincare brand under The Beauty Health Company (ticker SKIN) that sells a non-surgical facial treatment used by professionals. Its core device uses Vortex-Fusion technology with a spiral tip and vacuum to cleanse, exfoliate, extract impurities, and hydrate the skin in one session. Hydrafacial has launched two new treatment enhancers designed to expand personalisation options for its skincare treatments. The HydraGlow Pre-Extraction Peel prepares skin for more effective extractions using exfoliating acids, glycerin, and hyaluronic acid. The Hydralock HA Biocellulose Mask hydrates and soothes the skin barrier whilst providing a cooling sensation suitable for LED light therapy. Both products integrate into existing Hydrafacial treatment protocols, allowing providers to customise treatments based on individual skin needs. In a split-face study, the pre-extraction peel improved skin exfoliation by nearly two times and enhanced extractions across all Fitzpatrick skin types. All participants reported healthier, more radiant-looking skin and indicated they would request the treatment again. The new enhancers are part of SkinHealth Systems' strategy to expand treatment personalisation options for providers.

At Intentional Self Aesthetics in New Canaan, the HydraFacial is one of its most-requested services, and for good reason.
