Requirements
- 2-3 years of full-time professional experience in an account strategist, project management, or customer service/client-facing role.
- Foundational knowledge of core account management and client communication tactics.
- Digital marketing experience is preferred but not required.
- Client-facing agency experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience prioritizing and juggling several projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a collaborative, productive team setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the willingness to have difficult conversations when necessary.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exemplary personal accountability and motivation.
- Bonus points if you have experience with project management tools like Basecamp and marketing tools like Google Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Taking the overall marketing strategy from conception to completion.
- Building relationships with small business clients in the home service industry.
- Managing ongoing performance and championing efforts to surpass client goals.
- Coordinating tasks by design, development, SEO, and PPC marketing teams.
- Managing expectations and maintaining open communication with clients.
- Identifying and implementing client opportunities for additional products and services.
- Contributing positively to company culture and being a team player.
