Requirements
  • 2-3 years of full-time professional experience in an account strategist, project management, or customer service/client-facing role.
  • Foundational knowledge of core account management and client communication tactics.
  • Digital marketing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Client-facing agency experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience prioritizing and juggling several projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, productive team setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the willingness to have difficult conversations when necessary.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exemplary personal accountability and motivation.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with project management tools like Basecamp and marketing tools like Google Analytics.
Responsibilities
  • Taking the overall marketing strategy from conception to completion.
  • Building relationships with small business clients in the home service industry.
  • Managing ongoing performance and championing efforts to surpass client goals.
  • Coordinating tasks by design, development, SEO, and PPC marketing teams.
  • Managing expectations and maintaining open communication with clients.
  • Identifying and implementing client opportunities for additional products and services.
  • Contributing positively to company culture and being a team player.
