Responsibilities
  • Work with cultivation leadership to plan growing activities in line with production schedules.
  • Prepare space for planned production.
  • Cut, root, and transplant clones; care for, water, and feed clones.
  • Monitor growing conditions, including humidity, moisture, and temperature, and follow cultivation procedures to meet quality-control standards.
  • Inspect crops for leaf texture, bloom size, pests, and disease, and remove substandard or diseased plants to maintain quality standards.
  • Monitor and care for plants during vegetative and flowering phases.
  • Harvest plants by cutting and trimming them and removing flowering tops.
  • Cure flowers by hanging and dry-racking them and monitoring the curing process and climate control.
  • Operate and maintain cultivation systems and equipment.
  • Comply daily with policies and procedures, including state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols.
  • Perform other duties related to the overall health and efficiency of cultivation efforts.
  • Complete cleaning, sanitation, and organization tasks in grow rooms using cleaning instruments and chemicals to maintain a sterile, pest-free environment.

Curaleaf urges Aurora shareholders to accept 45% premium takeover offer

Curaleaf Holdings has issued a letter urging Aurora Cannabis shareholders to accept its takeover offer, which represents a 45% premium over Aurora's 30-day volume weighted average price. The acquisition would create a combined company operating across 17 countries with US$1.5 billion in last twelve-month revenue and nearly US$350 million of adjusted EBITDA. Curaleaf Chairman and CEO Boris Jordan framed the decision starkly, describing Aurora as "a shrinking business that is burning cash and getting less profitable by the day." The company expects at least US$40 million in annual cost synergies from the combination. Aurora has refused to engage with Curaleaf's proposal. Jordan announced a live shareholder Q&A session scheduled for 17 September to discuss the offer directly with Aurora investors.

Curaleaf opens Boston dispensary near Downtown Crossing with expanded retail space

Curaleaf Holdings has opened a new cannabis dispensary in downtown Boston at 21 Milk St., near Downtown Crossing. The location opened on 4 September, offering patients expanded retail space and a broader selection of products. The dispensary will stock Curaleaf's portfolio of cannabis brands, including Dark Heart, Select, FIND, Anthem and Grassroots. Knowledgeable staff will assist customers in selecting products suited to their needs. A grand opening celebration is scheduled for 8 September, featuring in-store promotions, a Meet the Grower event, and brand activations. The store operates from 09:00 to 20:00 Monday through Saturday, and 09:00 to 18:00 on Sunday. The opening follows the closure of Curaleaf's former Provincetown dispensary.

Curaleaf reports $340M Q2 revenue with 10% growth and $12M net income

Curaleaf opens 75th Florida dispensary, expanding US footprint to 167 locations

Curaleaf Holdings has opened its 75th dispensary in Florida, located in Boynton Beach. The cannabis retailer now operates 167 locations nationwide, with Florida representing nearly half of its retail footprint. The new store at 3575 W.
