A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geography, Engineering, or a related field.
Two to five years of directly applicable experience (Implementation SE Level 2).

Responsibilities
Perform installation, configuration, and performance tuning services for 3-GIS Network Solution, Esri, web services, and database software across multiple server configurations and architectures, including cloud-based solutions.
Troubleshoot client issues involving Windows Server, IIS, ESRI GIS software, 3-GIS solutions, and user workflows.
Provide technical support for clients, including 3-GIS Network Solution end users and GIS analysts and administrators.
Evaluate existing data and processes and develop action plans for migration to an enterprise GIS.
Perform database schema changes.
Conduct customer needs assessments and requirements-gathering workshops, and document recommended solutions based on customer feedback and input from internal subject matter experts.
Create scripts and models using ArcGIS ModelBuilder, Python scripting, and/or other process automation tools.
Communicate with architects, project managers, and developers to develop and deploy optimal solutions.
Train end users and system administrators on proper use and adoption of 3-GIS Network Solution using best practices.
Test new software functionality and bug fixes.
Prepare and perform detailed 3-GIS product demonstrations.

Job purpose
The 3-GIS Implementation Engineer provides support for the implementation and configuration of the 3-GIS application suite, ESRI ArcGIS server, 3-GIS Mobile application software for both internal and external customers.
