Requirements
  • Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and some carpentry is preferred.

  • Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations is required.
  • Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates is required.

  • Additional language ability is preferred.
  • CPR and first aid training is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, systems, and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and prevent disruptions.
  • Work closely with other departments to address maintenance requests efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while handling tools and materials responsibly.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring maintenance issues are resolved efficiently to enhance their stay.
