- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, résumé screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support new-hire onboarding and orientation for drivers and office staff.
- Maintain and update employee files.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and human resources metrics.
- Support health and safety initiatives, training coordination, and compliance documentation.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries and redirect them as appropriate.
- Assist with human resources projects, policy updates, and process improvements.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- Interest in human resources within transportation, logistics, or a safety-sensitive industry.
