Responsibilities
  • Invoice assigned customers timely and accurately.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies timely.
  • Document resolutions and maintain billing records consistently.
  • Verify invoice procedures and validate customer contracts.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with the Field, Collections Team, Sales, and Accounts Receivable Team to ensure payments for assigned customers are received within terms and applied properly.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors using standardized templates.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Participate in governance calls and daily huddles as required.
  • Act as a resource for other functions within AWP.
  • Provide training and support as requested.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Three to five years of accounts receivable or billing experience.
  • Experience with pay application, lien waivers, and contract management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with Prelude and American Contractor, Salesforce and Great Plains, TCR and Sage.
