Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of multiple residential and community-based programs serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
- Ensure high-quality Person-Centered Supports, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, staff development, and positive outcomes for individuals served.
- Provide leadership to Residential Managers and Program Managers.
- Ensure compliance with District of Columbia Department on Disability Services regulations, Medicaid Waiver requirements, the HCBS Final Rule, and agency policies.
