Requirements

Strong customer service skills and the ability to drive sales by understanding and explaining merchandise to customers.
Accuracy and efficiency at the point of sale.
Ownership and accountability.
Experience in the retail industry, customer service, and inventory control.
Excellent selling skills.
Knowledge of a point-of-sale system to ring up sales.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to stand, move around the store, lift and push products weighing up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder to complete job duties.

Drive sales through strong customer service.
Deliver brand-enhancing store standards that create a positive customer experience.
Assist with achieving store sales goals and profit plans.
Assist with the overall operations of the store.
Protect company assets.
Use teamwork to help grow the store and brand and provide constructive, positive feedback to colleagues.
