- Ensure safety by producing risk assessments and method statements.
- Maintain professionalism and diligence while prioritizing customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on wastewater systems and identify and address faults.
- Produce detailed work summaries, manage work effectively, and communicate progress with schedulers.
- Keep up to date with company policies and procedures, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and maintain stock levels.
- Participate in the on-call rota to provide out-of-hours cover.
