Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in a relevant field; ideally marketing analytics
  • Experience with retention marketing analytics methodologies and measuring the ROI and incremental impact of marketing spend on existing customers
  • Experience owning report building process including: gathering requirements & translating them into solutions with little oversight and effectively synthesizing large amounts of data into reports and dashboards that drive business decisions
  • Experience supporting a marketing organization and measuring the incremental impact of marketing efforts is a must
  • Ability to utilize BI tool(s) to their full capabilities. Stays informed on product innovation, enhancements and integrations
  • Ability to stitch together multiple dimensions of data in compelling, easily digestible graphs and charts to punctuate key relationships within data
  • Background in working with campaign data across multiple media platforms and cloud data warehouses (e.g. Google CM360, GA4, Facebook, DSPs/ESPs, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to tell a story with data to all levels of the organization
  • A passion for coordinating between multiple departments and maintaining relationships
  • Strong organization skills, time management skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and set standards for analytic work within the marketing domain while serving as a thought partner to analytics needs in area of responsibility
  • Partner with senior leaders and key functional areas to develop and elucidate actionable metrics that accurately reflect marketing performance and the health of our customers
  • Lead A/B experimentation from the analytics side by supporting experiment design, feasibility, tracking, and implementation; with ownership over the final analysis that has a specific focus on driving incremental orders from existing customers
  • Analyze retention and ezRewards Loyalty Program performance to identify growth opportunities and work with the various cross-functional teams to activate action plans that will lead to positive business impact on retention KPIs
  • Create and enhance marketing reporting in Tableau and other data visualization tools to ensure business partners are empowered to make data-driven decisions with a positive impact on KPIs
  • Leverage statistical models to build customer personas, improve segmentation/targeting for personalization, and accurately attribute marketing dollars to existing customers (e.g. clustering, Markov, predictive ML, etc.)
  • Mentor junior analysts and advance the innovation and improvement of our analytics techniques, approaches, and processes used across the company
  • Proactively launch and manage new initiatives aimed to improve the bottom line
  • Partner closely with Analytics peers and teams like Data Engineering and Data Science to develop analysis, models, experiments, and reports that identify new growth opportunities
  • Build an analytics measurement framework that will be scalable and sustainable and live in our growth plans and decision making long-term

Desired Qualifications
