Requirements
  • 2+ years of ecommerce, marketing, campaign management preferred but not required
  • Self starter mentality; eager to learn and jump in right away to drive team impact
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and customer-facing communications

Responsibilities
  • Execute the end-to-end curation for verticals across Wayfair and Wayfair Canada which include, finding the most compelling SKUs to put in front of customers during our peak traffic Days (Cyber Month, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Way Day, etc)
  • Manage timelines and progress across a large cohort of cross functional teams (Marketing, Creative, Operations, Category Management, etc) to ensure compelling campaign execution
  • Per each campaign, recommend the proposed Event list which includes the Event Concepts and Event Name based on historical data, testing, and competitive landscape
  • Partner with both Merchants and Category Management teams to incorporate seasonal priorities and business priorities into the curation strategy
  • Curate and QA the event all before launch and then analyze the events, in our partnership with our Analytics team, to understand productivity and improvements for future events
  • Report on promo campaign performance to act on in-the-moment trends and share updates with leadership
  • Play a leading role in determining our GTM strategy for Doorbusters - our marquee offering - that run four times per year during Wayfair’s largest moments
  • Support in the evolution of the North America Promotional calendar based on multiple factors
