Schedule: 5:00am-3:30pm
Pay: $16/hour

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Blender Operator is responsible for performing all tasks necessary to achieve product blending goals safely, efficiently, and in accordance with written procedures and production instructions. This role ensures that all blending operations are performed accurately, meeting company quality and safety standards. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Stage and verify recipe ingredients before blending.

• Mix and blend ingredients accurately and efficiently to meet product specifications.

• Monitor ingredients and product consistency throughout the blending and bulking process.

• Complete required production documentation to ensure accuracy and traceability.

• Communicate production progress, concerns, and needs with supervisors and team members.

• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow GMP, food safety, Quality, FDA, and OSHA requirements.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or GED with basic math and reading skills.

• Ability to follow recipes, production instructions, and food safety procedures accurately.

• Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Ability to distinguish colors and safely perform physical production duties.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb stairs or ladders.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and push or  pull materials using appropriate equipment.
