- Analyze collection trends and identify opportunities for improving collection rates
- Oversee revenue cycle including billing, coding, collections, denial management, and cash posting
- Follow up on unpaid claims and manage denials or appeals process with outsourced billing vendor
- Obtain authorizations and verify patient eligibility
- Evaluate billing processes and procedures and make process improvements
- Maintain insurance portal logins
- Respond to requests from insurance companies, patients and their families
- Ensure legal compliance with billing practices
- Exemplify professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct
- Other related duties as assigned
