Responsibilities
  • Schedule tasks at customer job sites.
  • Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation.
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency services.
  • Continuously learn customer operational processes, packaging designs, and technical specifications.
  • Install Packsize solutions and train others to use and maintain them.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties, including reading and responding to emails, preparing and submitting expense reports, making travel arrangements, and writing detailed technical reports.
  • Communicate information and ideas with Packsize and customer personnel to support accurate information exchange.
  • Adhere to Packsize and customer safety requirements and safety protocols related to exposed moving parts and electricity.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Packsize equipment solutions at customer facilities.
  • Perform start-up testing and deliver customer training on product capabilities, features, and general maintenance.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and work with supporting Packsize team members to provide customer service.
  • Participate in on-call coverage and frequent overnight travel.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a related area is preferred.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Excel and Word or Google Sheets and Docs is helpful.

Fisher has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain and operations across complex equipment sectors. In the new role, he will oversee the expansion of Packsize's technology portfolio and work on packaging automation. Packsize acquires Panotec to expand automated packaging solutions globally

Packsize has agreed to acquire the packaging business of Italian manufacturer Panotec, expanding its global presence to over 50 countries across North America and Europe. The deal will add Panotec's high- and low-automation, right-sized packaging machines to Packsize's portfolio. The acquisition follows Packsize's purchase of Sparck Technologies in April 2025. By combining teams and technology, Packsize aims to offer businesses greater flexibility in optimising packaging operations whilst reducing waste and costs.
