Requirements
  • 10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field with a strong progression of responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; Master’s degree or certification preferred.
  • Experience in high-velocity public or VC/PE-backed companies; M&A or financing experience is a plus.
  • Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides; experience with databases, ERP systems, and Adaptive is beneficial.
  • Skilled presenter with the ability to effectively communicate with all management levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset, capable of balancing big-picture goals with tactical execution.
  • Approaches challenges with a can-do attitude, discretion, and adaptability.

Responsibilities
  • Drive annual budgeting and long-term financial planning, partnering with senior leadership to align budgets with Hi Marley’s goals.
  • Collaborate with accounting to deliver timely monthly and quarterly reports for management and Board review.
  • Work closely with business leaders to identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive financial success.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to ensure revenue forecast accuracy, setting clear goals and maintaining forecast integrity.
  • Analyze leading indicators to anticipate performance trends, providing actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Prepare in-depth analysis to guide future investment opportunities.
  • Create compelling presentations for the leadership team, Board of Directors, and investors.
  • Lead and contribute to impactful projects and ad hoc initiatives.
  • Build, develop, and inspire the FP&A team to support Hi Marley’s growth and success.
