Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical or Engineering field.
Knowledge of final assembly processes and equipment for AOI process and Computer Vision.
Knowledge of CMK, CPK, PFMEA, and QC7 tools.
Troubleshooting skills for final-assembly-related failures and machines.

Responsibilities

Operate AOI and Computer Vision processes and equipment daily, and comprehensively solve related problems.
Select AOI and Computer Vision equipment for new products, and develop and release AOI and Computer Vision processes.
Lead process improvement and problem-solving for process and MAE-related topics for ADAS products, including cameras and radar.
Lead CIP improvement and RPP activities, including tooling localization and spare-part optimization.
Participate in global meetings for IPN topics and lead process-related customer audits.
Drive continuous improvement through Bosch Production System 3.6 MAE Performance at TPM.
Conduct process-team and cross-functional management as project requirements dictate.
Build and develop team competence.
Provide 7×24-hour on-call support for machine or process issues.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
