  • Ability to perform duties requiring manual dexterity, such as ear piercing.
Responsibilities
  • Seek out customers and provide personalized sales service, including upselling, suggestive selling, and follow-up contact to build lasting relationships.
  • Engage customers entering the beauty zone, listen to their needs, and provide specialized sales advice.
  • Use verbal skills to guide conversations and generate sales.
  • Answer customer questions in detail using product knowledge to build the largest sales basket possible.
  • Explain product usage and benefits and leverage the beauty monthly sampling program to build customer relationships.
  • Participate in and represent company sales programs and events that positively impact the business.
  • Discuss Beauty Club programs, invite customers to in-store events, and explain current promotions to close sales.
  • Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and beauty-specific promotional materials supporting key brands, corporate initiatives, and local advertising efforts.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, well-merchandised beauty zone that complies with hygiene standards.
  • Execute tester sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and tool cleansing policies in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Complete initial 30-, 60-, and 90-day onboarding training and ongoing training and educational programs.
  • Execute the established sales plan by meeting the sales budget and tracking progress.
  • Participate in sales training meetings and conference calls concerning programs, promotions, new items, brand launches, sales goals, and customer care.
  • Work to exceed prior sales goals and maximize the sales budget.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Stay current with beauty trends and techniques and continue developing product knowledge and client service skills.

CVS Omnicare completes $250M bankruptcy sale after $440M government settlement

CVS Health's Omnicare division has completed its Chapter 11 bankruptcy liquidation after selling its business operations for $250 million. A Texas bankruptcy judge approved the wind-down plan following a $440 million settlement with the Justice Department over improper billing practices. Omnicare, which served nursing homes and long-term care facilities, filed for bankruptcy in September 2025 after facing a $949 million judgement for fraudulently dispensing drugs without valid prescriptions and billing federal healthcare programmes for false claims. The settlement requires CVS to pay $130 million upfront and cover the remaining $310 million if Omnicare fails to do so by March 2028. GenieRx Holdings, a joint partnership between Milrose Capital and Integro Asset Management, purchased Omnicare's operations. The sale is expected to close next month.
