- At least 1 year of experience with architectural metals installations, including exterior metal panels, ACM, metal roofing, flashings, fasteners, and clips.
- Reliable transportation and ownership of a motor vehicle.
- Comfort working from heights and outdoors year-round.
- Previous experience with fall prevention and following safety procedures.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug test.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Willingness to travel to various jobsites as needed.
- Install metal wall panel systems, ACM, cladding, and metal roofing on commercial buildings.
- Install clips, cut and trim metal panels, level and mount panels, and install flashings.
- Work from heights and elevated platforms, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, and scaffolding.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and jobsite equipment regularly.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures.
- Participate in safety classes and certifications as required.
- Set up fall-restraint equipment and wear personal protective equipment.
- Travel and work at jobsites in Salt Lake County, Utah County, and Weber County.
- Assist in the shop or in other departments as needed.
- Bilingual Spanish language ability.
- Previous lead or foreman experience on ACM or metal-panel installation projects.
