Responsibilities
  • Deliver case management focused on participants' individual goals and barriers to employment.
  • Build relationships with participants, employers, and community stakeholders.
  • Market clients to match them with suitable employment opportunities.
  • Drive performance by meeting and exceeding key performance indicator targets.
  • Collaborate with the team, share insights, and support colleagues to achieve outcomes.
