About the job
- 5-7 years of experience in Java-J2EE development.
- Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and Web services.
- Good knowledge of Oracle.
- Advanced knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design, object-oriented development, the J2EE framework, and design patterns.
- Experience applying design patterns to solve problems.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Tomcat servers.
- Lead the team throughout the software development lifecycle process.
- Take complete accountability and ownership for delivering to customer expectations.
- Retail experience is preferred.
- Experience with the Comergent framework is preferred.
