Requirements
Be at least 18 years old and have a completed high school diploma or GED.
Obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification within the first 60 days of employment.
Be a graduate or have a degree in progress in Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Child Development, Social Work, or Counseling.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one, play-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision.
Facilitate one-to-one naturalistic therapy services in a clinic-based environment.
Track patient progress by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation.
Follow behavior intervention plans as outlined by the BCBA supervisor.
Communicate with clinical management and families.
Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting.
Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality.
Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions.
Desired Qualifications
Experience as a paraprofessional, nanny, babysitter, caregiver, teacher, Montessori guide, coach, tutor, or camp counselor.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families

Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
