Responsibilities
  • Build and modify Klara electronic forms for customers
  • Provide support in response to Klara product requests and customer problems
  • Coordinate across departments to support customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer support experience
  • Investigate bugs and file tickets with Engineering team
  • Collect customer feedback and advocate for customer needs
  • Identify support interaction patterns and address them
  • Assist with various Customer Success projects
