About the job
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate secretarial or compliance role, preferably within a large organization.
- A strong understanding of corporate governance principles and legal and regulatory requirements for public companies.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and experience with corporate secretarial software.
- A tertiary qualification in law, business administration, or a related field.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Board of Directors and senior leadership team.
- Organize and coordinate board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring timely distribution of documents.
- Maintain statutory registers and company records in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Advise on corporate governance best practices and implement effective policies and procedures.
- Oversee the company's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for shareholders, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Support corporate secretarial and compliance obligations, including filings and disclosures.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Knowledge of Indonesian company law and regulations.
