Pass a drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record check.

Organize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Know how to safely use and maintain the required tools.
Responsibilities
Perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure smooth operations.
Drive and maintain company vehicles safely and efficiently.
Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
Cooperate with other departments to continually improve processes and information flow.
Request necessary parts and equipment in advance for each installation and verify that the truck is properly loaded with all required materials.
Document work performed according to company procedures.
Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge.
Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date.
Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor or manager.

What you will DO:
