  • BS/BA, preferably in the Business or Marketing field. MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years experience as a leader of complex cross-functional projects.
  • Innovation, Product Marketing and Development, Brand Management, or Entrepreneurship experience
  • Proven ability to lead and sell cross-functionally
  • CPG new product development and introduction experience strongly suggested.
  • VMS experience is a plus
  • Experience with financial assessment exercises
  • Consumer Insights experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams in the development of new women's wellness supplements, from initial concept through to commercialization.
  • Partner with the Project Management Office to shape project timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure clear communication.
  • Craft inclusive and clear briefs to empower all teams, from Creative to Packaging Engineering.
  • Serve as the central point of contact, fostering collaboration and alignment among all stakeholders throughout the innovation process.
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Insights team to conduct comprehensive research, identifying trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape.
  • Use this data to pitch new products and develop a forward-thinking innovation roadmap.
  • Analyze market data to forecast market size, revenue potential, and ROI for new product launches.
  • Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Brand Marketing teams to establish cost targets and pricing strategies that align with our strategic goals.
  • Partner with scientific and technical teams to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling and accessible consumer-facing ideas and claims that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships across various teams, including Project Management, Scientific Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Product Development, Brand Marketing, Sales, Impact, and Creative, to collaboratively ensure the success of each project.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation by exploring new formulas, advanced delivery technologies, and unique value propositions.
