Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design from an accredited program.
  • Five to seven years of professional experience in landscape architecture or urban design, with a focus on urban projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Vectorworks within three months and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Adeptness at developing digital three-dimensional landscape architectural models within Rhino or Revit, including developing final renderings in Lumion or Enscape.
  • Knowledge of construction detailing, grading, planting design, and sustainable design practices.
  • Excellent graphic communication skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to the design of urban landscape projects from concept through construction documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and refine design concepts, including sketches, three-dimensional models, and presentation materials.
  • Prepare technical drawings, construction documentation, and specifications.
  • Perform construction administration duties, including site visits and contractor coordination.
  • Mentor staff and contribute to the firm's knowledge base.
  • Contribute to the firm's digital design workflow by utilizing and exploring new technologies and software.

  • Proficiency in using Revit to develop construction documentation.
  • Experience applying artificial intelligence platforms to landscape architecture.
  • Experience in computational analysis for data-informed decision-making.
  • Ability to use Grasshopper within Rhino to develop design concepts and improve workflow.
