About the Company

Partner One Capital

Acquires and grows enterprise software firms

PartnerOne Capital acquires and grows enterprise software companies that serve mission-critical B2B data needs. It builds value by providing capital and hands-on operational support to portfolio firms, helping them scale product development, sales, and customer support so their data-management and analytics tools—covering cloud storage, hyper-automation, AI, and metadata analytics—reach more large environments. The firm differentiates itself by targeting mature, stable software businesses, completing acquisitions in about 45–90 days, and holding them long-term to drive sustained growth rather than quick flips. Its goal is to create lasting value across its software portfolio by expanding market reach and improving capabilities for customers.
