Responsibilities
  • Own monthly US GAAP management accounts, revaluing loan, bank, and foreign-exchange positions using Group FX and Bloomberg forward rates, and reconcile records to Kyriba before reporting.

  • Continuously monitor new participating entities and cash-pool bank accounts to enhance the effectiveness of the global cash pool.
  • Execute the transition plan for insourcing Treasury activities from the third-party service provider.
  • Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, and Legal to implement in-house banking and the multi-notional cash pool with international entities.
  • Own Kyriba accounting and reporting configuration, maintaining posting rules, foreign-exchange revaluation parameters, and report templates.
  • Manage and validate the Kyriba-to-SAP general-ledger interface for intercompany zero-balancing-account and loan postings, interest accruals, foreign-exchange mark-to-market, bank fees, and hedge-accounting entries, supporting the Treasury Systems & Controls Analyst in maintaining system integrity and audit readiness across Kyriba and SAP.

More than 35 cell and gene therapies have received FDA approval, with over 1,700 clinical trials underway globally. However, only 4% of health system pharmacy leaders report being fully prepared to integrate these treatments, highlighting infrastructure gaps. The offering includes market assessments, readiness evaluations, governance design, and workflow planning.
