Requirements
  • 10+ years related HR experience
  • 7+ years experience leading investigation and resolution of sensitive and complicated employee relations issues
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment law and regulations
  • Superb communication skills including effective listening, clear and concise writing and presentation
  • Consistently exhibits levels of discretion, integrity and confidentiality
Responsibilities
  • Handle complex investigations (i.e. advanced, high risk/profile, critical impact, numerous parties)
  • Advise and inform senior leaders/partners (e.g. the business, People, Legal) in investigating and resolving assigned cases
  • Address executive escalations as assigned
  • Conduct sophisticated Decision Reviews
  • Maintain accurate case entry practices
  • Own/participate in ER projects as assigned
  • Drive ER activity for business initiatives as assigned
  • Partner with ER Leaders to provide training and mentoring for ER Business Partners
  • Participate in calibration dialog to ensure consistency of practices
