Responsibilities
Own personal injury cases from intake through settlement, developing strategy and driving each case forward.
Conduct strategic investigations into liability, damages, and case value.
Analyze medical records, evidence, and other case-related documentation.
Develop case strategy and identify opportunities to maximize case value.
Draft and review demand packages and other legal documents.
Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.

Help clients understand the legal process, set expectations, answer their questions, and ensure they feel informed and supported throughout their case.
Work closely with legal assistants, case managers, medical professionals, lien negotiators, and attorneys to move cases forward and deliver results.
Identify and address obstacles to case progress, pursue opportunities to strengthen cases, and assist clients when they need help.
Manage multiple priorities, make decisions, communicate with clients, and push cases forward independently.
Desired Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
The Case
You’ll take ownership of personal injury cases from intake through settlement, developing the strategy and driving the case forward.
