What believers are saying

  • JobsOhio gave IMS $50,000 in January 2025, funding downtown expansion.
  • IMS planned at least 10 percent headcount growth after the 2025 relocation.
  • Lisa Coker's LinkedIn activity in 2026 keeps IMS visible to candidates and buyers.

What critics are saying

  • IMS depends heavily on one federal customer; AFRL concentration creates sudden renewal risk.
  • HigherGov showed no other contracts or grants by July 2025, signaling weak diversification.
  • If AFRL award FA239625CB008 ends, revenue collapses and the firm loses viability.

What makes Infinite Management Solutions unique

  • Lisa Coker's veteran-owned, woman-owned positioning unlocks set-aside procurement channels.
  • Dayton headquarters at 10 N Ludlow Street supports local client access and recruiting.
  • AFRL Strategic Partnering Directorate contract gives IMS federal credibility and technical specialization.
