Coordinate with legal counsel, medical professionals, accident reconstruction specialists, and transportation partners as needed.
Communicate regularly with insured clients, brokers, and internal teams to provide updates and maintain strong customer service.
Assess coverage under applicable P&C insurance policies and make informed recommendations regarding settlements and reserves.
Negotiate settlements in compliance with company guidelines, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate claim files, documentation, and system updates in accordance with internal standards.
