About the job

Requirements
  • Have at least 8 years of experience in security as a Security Engineer, Penetration Tester, or Security Consultant, with depth in product and/or infrastructure security.
  • Have owned a security roadmap for a product or platform end to end.
  • Have driven security work through engineering teams without direct authority.
  • Have served as the escalation point for difficult architectural decisions.
  • Have hands-on experience across a broad technical surface, including development, databases, networking, and web.
  • Be fluent in English.
Responsibilities
  • Design security features into the product and strengthen defense-in-depth across the platform.
  • Threat model new services before they ship and make architectural decisions that would be expensive to reverse later.
  • Review code, architecture, and configuration, and work with developers and product managers to address problems early.
  • Deliver security solutions that balance risk against business benefit, and escalate decisions that need senior arbitration.
  • Run the assurance program, including internal code, architecture, and configuration reviews, red-team exercises, and the bug bounty.
  • Own relationships with third-party auditors and measure control key performance indicators that support certifications.
  • Manage vulnerabilities from detection through verified remediation by reproducing, scoring, triaging, designing or validating mitigations, and confirming effectiveness.
  • Improve vulnerability-management key performance indicators.
  • Build and improve detection capability with infrastructure and engineering teams by identifying useful signals, writing detection rules, and building response playbooks.
  • Lead production security investigations from initial signal to root cause across incidents and fraud.
  • Identify repetitive investigation work to automate and detections to build, and hand them to the security operations team.
  • Set technical direction for secure software development through guidance, paved paths, and educational reviews.
  • Contribute to company-wide security awareness where appropriate, with product, engineering, and site reliability engineering as the primary audience.
  • Secure the design and development of artificial intelligence features, including the MCP Server and Modeler Agent, through threat modeling, design reviews, work alongside engineers, and security assessments.
  • Determine where artificial-intelligence-assisted analysis belongs in the security pipeline and establish an evidence-based split between AI review, traditional static application security testing, and software composition analysis.
  • Migrate GitHub to managed identities by provisioning through Okta, retiring personal accounts and long-lived personal access tokens, and moving continuous integration to short-lived OpenID Connect credentials instead of stored keys.
  • Design agent identity for the MCP Server using delegated access tokens and token exchange, ensuring agents acting for users cannot exceed those users' permissions.
  • Extend least-privilege controls across production and continuous integration/continuous delivery.
Desired Qualifications
  • French language skills are a strong plus.
