Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Planning for and executing on intricate deliveries of custom, multi-workstream and -phase programs for GEP’s highest impact partner implementations.
  • Connecting technical details, growth initiatives, and support needs, making sure all GEP teams work together in service of GEP mission and goals.
  • Coordinating across x-GEP and x-Gusto initiatives to include points of view, track progress, connect dependencies, and discover risks early to prevent delays to partner launch and growth.
  • Standardizing delivery process and playbook for complex partner deliveries, arming GEP with the tools to maximize future partner opportunities.
