Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Candidates must attain FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, life, and health licenses before contracting, where applicable to the licensed role.
  • Candidates must pass a satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
Responsibilities
  • Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity and empowering lives of service and faith.
  • Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
  • Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding.
  • Serve clients in the advisor's chosen community.
  • Make client appointments by leveraging the advisor's network and Thrivent's reputation.
  • Deliver financial workshops and market the advisor's practice.
  • Control the work schedule while building the financial practice.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and receive support from specialists in business development, marketing, technology, and engagement.
  • Build the business with support from experienced advisors and organizational specialists.
